Clients under the age of 18

Clients under the age of 18 need a parental consent for signed by their legal guardian prior to receiving services.  Parents of clients under the age of 17 must be present during the massage.

 

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

When canceling an appointment 24 hour advance notice is required. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you may be charged 50% of the fee for scheduled service. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

No-shows

Clients who fail to arrive for a scheduled appointment may be charged a fee of 50% for the missed appointment before any further services can be rendered.  

No Call/No Show situations with a first time client may result in a refusal to provide services of any kind.

If you miss 2 consecutive appointments without calling to cancel you will no longer be able to make advance appointments at this massage practice.  You will need to call for same day appointments if one is available.

If you have a gift certificate and miss your appointment without giving advance notice your gift certificate may be void for future use and considered as payment for the missed appointment.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

 

Inclement Weather/Emergencies

Last minute cancellation charges are waived during official snow emergencies and true emergencies.
